What this website collects
This site does not use cookies, advertising trackers or analytics. Like any website, our server keeps short-lived technical logs (your IP address, the page you asked for, your browser type and the time) so we can keep the site running and secure.
When you contact us
If you email, call or text us from this site, your own email, phone or messaging app sends the message, and we receive what you choose to include. We use it to answer you and, if you ask, to tell you about homes that open up.
Applications, showings, rent and maintenance
Rental applications, showing requests, the resident portal, online rent payments and maintenance requests are handled by AppFolio, our property management software. When you use them you are on AppFolio's pages, and AppFolio's privacy policy applies along with ours. We use application information to review your application, as described on the application itself.
Tours, maps and reviews
3D tours on our pages come from Matterport or Zillow and load only when you open the tour tab; map and review links open Google. Those services have their own privacy policies.
How we use and share information
We use the information you give us to answer questions, arrange showings, process applications and manage tenancies. We share it only with the service providers that help us do that, or when the law requires it.
Your choices
You can ask what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law allows. Contact us and we will respond.
